The views from the Panorama Suite were truly breathtaking, and exploring the local eateries like Chill Restaurant just 0.1 km away was a delight. The friendly vibes of the staff just added to the experience.
Upon checking in, we discovered our toilet wouldn’t flush! Despite reporting it, it took ages to resolve, and we eventually had to move to another room.

Staff were friendly and efficient during our stay.
We faced multiple issues during our stay. The pool was unavailable for maintenance, which was a major part of our holiday plans. upon arrival, our room lacked basic amenities, like a properly functioning fridge for stocked water given the cost of the Panorama Suite.
